Meet Ashley A. Smith, Chamber President since November 2022.
Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist and received her certification from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, Iowa. Ashley owns Main Street Stop, a self care boutique, in Adair.
Ashley enjoys being with her family, traveling, any outdoor sports/activities, all things music, coaching her kids’ sports teams and helping in the community.
Meet Cindy Grubbs, Chamber Vice President since 2020.
Cindy works for Agri Drain Corporation in the Shipping and Receiving Department.
When Cindy is not at work or attending Chamber events, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Meet Emily Irwin, Chamber Secretary since 2019.
Emily is the Marketing Coordinator at Guthrie County Hospital & Clinics. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing, Communications & Management from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa.
Emily enjoys hanging out with family and friends, going to the lake, camping, boating, and golfing.
Meet Tracy Mackrill, Chamber Treasurer since February 2021.
Meet Kayla Irlmeier, Content Creator for the Chamber since November 2022.
Kayla is the Marketing Coordinator at Schafer Retail Solutions +. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Interactive Media from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa. She also has two certificates in Optimal Product Management and Optimal Product Marketing.
Kayla enjoys hanging out with family and friends, going to the lake, playing sports, and traveling.
Meet Melanie Byers, Vendor & Media coordinator since September 2023.
Melanie is an IT Project Delivery Manager at Tulane University, working remotely. She received her Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in IT Project Management.
She and her husband, Dustin, enjoy traveling, camping, home renovations, spending time with family, arguing during Iowa/Nebraska games, and seeing live music.
